city, employees of businesses, are allowed to return to ocean city now. a damage assessment has been happening all morning. they have been on the streets making sure there's no serious problems and they have apparently found, as we believed, there aren't too many serious problems and reopened ocean city for business owners and people who own property here. the second phase is essentially everybody else. people who want to visit ocean city, i'm not sure if today will be the best day, maybe it will clear up later, but everybody else will be allowed back in ocean city as of noon today. so a little less than three hours from now, the mandatory evacuation order will have been completely lift and anyone who wants to come back to ocean city will be allowed back in as of noon today. some other things we learned from the news conference, the mayor said "we were very lucky." they got winds sustained at 50 miles an hour, as opposed to 80 or 90 sustained winds that they were expecting. 30 or 40 miles an hour less, that was a big help for them. they lost power in seve
